Subscription & Auto-Renewal Policy

1. Scope
This Subscription & Auto-Renewal Policy explains how subscriptions for Lunerina products work. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Purchase options
We offer one-time purchases and subscriptions. Subscription plans may include different bundle sizes and introductory promotions (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) or Buy 2 Get 2 Free (2-for-2)). Availability may vary by product and country.

3. Introductory offer (first shipment)
If an intro promotion applies to your selected plan, your first shipment is billed at the intro price and includes the intro quantity shown at checkout and in your order email.

4. Renewals (from the second cycle)
Starting with the second billing cycle, your subscription renews every 30 days at the standard recurring price and quantity for your plan until you cancel. Your next charge date appears in your order email.

5. Minimum commitment (applies to all subscriptions)
By subscribing, you agree to a minimum additional term of one (1) billing cycle after the introductory shipment. Accordingly, there will be at least one more automatic charge after your first shipment. You may submit a cancellation at any time, but cancellation becomes effective only after the minimum term is satisfied.

6. Manage, pause, or change
You can manage, pause/skip, change quantity/variant, or update your address at any time via Account → Manage Subscription (link in your emails). Changes apply to the next cycle when made no later than seven (7) days before your renewal date.

7. Cancellation; 7-day cutoff
You can cancel online at any time. To avoid the next charge, cancel no later than seven (7) days before your renewal date shown in your account. If you cancel after that cutoff (or after a renewal has processed), the cancellation applies to the following cycle. (The minimum term in Section 5 still applies.)

8. Payment authorization & failed payments
By subscribing, you authorize Lunerina to automatically charge the recurring amount to your saved payment method each billing period until you cancel. We may retry failed payments, update card details through your card network, and hold shipments until payment succeeds. We will send an acknowledgment email with key terms and instructions to manage or cancel.

9. Price/terms changes
If we make material changes to subscription price or terms, we will provide advance notice by email and/or in-account notice. If you don’t agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect (subject to the minimum term).

10. Currency, taxes, and shipping
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes shown at checkout.. Shipping (if any) is shown at checkout.

11. Territory-specific rights
We comply with applicable auto-renewal and consumer protection rules in the countries where we sell (including US, UK, CA, AU, NZ). Where local mandatory law grants additional rights, those rights apply and prevail in case of conflict.
